$73k over Black Friday weekend

Peak day close to $30k in sales
Situation
When I started in August, the brand was pushing budget to about $2k/day at most. Few creatives with weak diversity meant scaling days often ended at breakeven or a loss.
The play
A full account audit up front exposed the clear blockers to scale. From there we ran a Q4 plan, with me tracking every step of the funnel and reporting the fixes and opportunities as we went.
Result
US$72,986 in total sales from 28 Nov to 1 Dec 2025, with the first day close to $30k.

Same six figures, double the margin

Six figures a month · 10-13% → ~25% margin
Situation
The founder read the Andromeda update as "keep as many creatives live as possible", so losing ads kept eating budget. The brand crossed six figures in the month I joined, but margin sat at 10-13%.
The play
Creative volume matters, but not if you hold on to losers. We cut them, moved budget to what was already working, and showed the team which concepts the numbers were pointing to. Then we tightened the campaign strategy around those winners.
Result
The next month the brand crossed six figures again, this time with margin up to about 25%.

Method

How I run an account.

Four rules I bring into every brand, from the first test to full scale.

Margin first

I start from your unit economics: breakeven ROAS, target CPA and real margin. Scaling a number that loses money is not scaling.

Few campaigns

Lean structures that give Meta's delivery system room to learn, instead of hundreds of duplicated ad sets with tiny budgets.

Creative diversity

Under Andromeda, the creative is the targeting. Different angles, formats and hooks, not small variations of one ad.

Profit decides

Budget goes where real orders and margin are, read from the store and the tracker, not only from Meta's ROAS.
